Senior Property Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Professional leadership of a small team of 1-2 employees
• Independent management of a property portfolio in Basel and the surrounding area
• Acceptance and handover of rental properties upon re-letting
• Organisation and execution of initial lettings as well as management of rental contract and rent changes
• Coordination of minor repairs and renovations, obtaining quotes
• Contact person for owners, tenants, authorities, craftsmen and caretakers
• Checking and coding of creditor invoices
• Support for accounting in heating and ancillary cost settlements

Your profile

• Federal diploma in property management and/or several years of experience in an equivalent position as a property manager
• Good IT understanding,
• Skilled in using MS Office (Abacus advantageous)
• Native German speaker, good English skills
• Flexible, resilient and engaging personality
• Good manners and professional appearance
• Strong service and customer orientation
• High social competence
• Workload: 80-100%
