Responsibilities:
- Develop efficient and sustainable heating solutions for various building projects, residential, commercial and industrial facilities
- Conduct heat demand calculations and hydraulic calculations to ensure optimal sizing of heating systems
- Create detailed heating plans, schematics and technical specifications in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
- Advise customers on energy efficiency and develop proposals to optimise existing heating systems
- Work closely with other building services planners, engineers and project managers to coordinate the implementation of heating projects
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Maintain close customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner specialising in heating or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in planning heating systems for various building types
- Knowledge of relevant building services planning software is an advantage
- Team-oriented working style and excellent communication skills
- German language skills are required
