The Public Prosecutor's Office III of the Canton of Zurich, Department E, is responsible for processing money laundering reports and asset confiscation procedures. It is managed in a top-sharing arrangement by a female and a male department head.
We are looking for your support as a Procedure Assistant in Department Management (80% - 100%) to complement our team, starting immediately or by agreement.

Job Description
As an assistant to the department management, you will take on all secretarial and administrative tasks that arise. You will independently manage the secretariat and support the department management in leading and coordinating the department and in conducting investigations. You will be responsible for organizing and documenting hearings and the administrative processing of decisions, and you will be in contact with authorities, parties, and third parties. Additionally, overseeing the other secretariats of Department E will be part of your responsibilities, and you will act as a point of contact for various organizational matters both externally and within the department. The position requires independence, a precise and reliable working style, and strong teamwork skills.
Requirements Profile
You have completed a commercial or equivalent education. High typing skills and flawless, stylistically confident German are expected. You also possess good IT user skills and good language skills in English. You work independently, reliably, and flexibly. Integrity and discretion are a matter of course for you, and you are interested in criminal prosecution. You demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, are resilient, and have an organizational flair. In dealing with department members, parties involved in proceedings, and interface partners, you always find the right tone. Supporting all department members in managing the secretarial tasks is self-evident for you.
