IT & Security Operations Specialist (60-100%)

As an IT & Security Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Business Operations team, responsible for the operational implementation of defined standards and measures in the areas of IT support, infrastructure, system administration, and security. You are the first point of contact for IT security concerns and work closely with various interfaces, such as our internal steering committee, which defines strategic guidelines, such as the security baseline or ISO measures. We are ISO 27001 certified and have high requirements for data protection and security.

In this role, you can expect a variety of tasks ranging from operational routine and administrative activities to more complex challenges. You will relieve existing technical experts of administrative tasks, thus making an important contribution to the efficiency of the team.

IT Support & System Administration: You are the first point of contact for all IT infrastructure concerns and support our users with technical questions as well as the setup and maintenance of devices. This includes the management and configuration of Google Workspace at the system level, as well as the administration of AWS, Microsoft (Entra/Office 365/Azure), GitHub, and other internal tools.

Infrastructure & Security Management: You actively work on the maintenance and further development of our IT infrastructure.

You will be part of the ISO 27001 ISMS team, implementing security baselines (Google Chrome) and maintaining our ISO policy.

Process Optimization & Documentation: You contribute to efficiency by carefully documenting processes and actively participating in the optimization of operational workflows.

What you bring

Your technical foundations: You have experience in the administration of Google Workspace, Chrome Enterprise, and AWS.

Knowledge in network technology, DNS configuration, and access management (e.g., OAuth, SAML, Passkeys, FIDO) is as important as support knowledge for Linux, MacOS, and Windows. Knowledge in the area of ISO 27001 is a plus.

Your mindset & competencies: You are reliable, structured, and self-organized, with a strong interest in IT security and IT operations.

Your high service orientation and clear communication set you apart. You are understanding and patient when dealing with user inquiries. A pragmatic hands-on mentality and the willingness to take responsibility and learn new things complete your profile.

Locations: Zurich & Bern. Regular presence in both offices is required, the exact distribution will be agreed upon.
