Your mission
- Manage recruitment processes in collaboration with our teams in French-speaking Switzerland
- Responsible in particular for candidate searches, application management, interview organization, and reference checks
- Write job offers and distribute them on various internal and external channels
- Support employer branding strategy, especially coordinating forums/workshops, student presentations, and other events as well as managing our presence on social networks
- Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks and ongoing projects
- Participate in ad hoc projects within the People & Culture team
Your profile
- You have a higher education degree (such as HES or university), ideally complemented by initial experience in recruitment or human resources
- You communicate easily, both written and spoken, and have rich experience with social networks which you know well
- You speak English fluently (German is an asset)
- You have an initiative spirit and are solution-oriented
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate team spirit
