For our Service Centre in Schlieren, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a results-driven personality who consciously moves between classic project management and active co-creation of solutions – and not only designs projects but consistently drives and realises them. The focus is not primarily on the number of years of experience, but on high motivation, willingness to learn, and joy in implementation. You bring a strong technical curiosity and are ready to take responsibility in demanding IT and digitalisation projects.
Your Tasks
- Leading and managing IT projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from initiation through implementation to operational handover and project closure
- Responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality targets within the projects
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, architectural principles, and security standards
- Close collaboration with departments and IT to develop sustainable solutions
- Conducting proof-of-concepts and feasibility analyses
- Participation in digitalisation initiatives and innovation projects (e.g. automation, AI)
- Active stakeholder management and coordination of external partners
Your Profile
- Experience in participating in or leading IT and digitalisation projects
- Solid technical understanding of architecture, integration, and IT infrastructure
- Ability to structure, critically question, and pragmatically implement technical solution approaches
- Experience with complex IT and heterogeneous system landscapes
- Interest in and ideally practical experience with modern technologies (e.g. automation, AI)
- High implementation orientation as well as willingness to take responsibility and develop further
- Proactive driving of topics rather than waiting for perfect conditions
- Confident handling of stakeholders from business and IT as well as external partners
- High motivation, willingness to learn, and personal responsibility
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10-20%)
- Very good German and English skills
