We are looking for several passionate and motivated Community Health and Care Assistants (M/F/All) for occasional temporary assignments as well as longer-term engagements, to start immediately or as agreed.
Profile sought
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as Community Health and Care Assistant
- Dynamic, committed, autonomous and responsible person
- At least one year of experience in acute care (mandatory)
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written
- Availability for varied assignments in different departments as needed
Your responsibilities
- Monitor patients' health status and report any abnormalities
- Work in pairs with a nurse
- Perform care and monitoring delegated by nursing staff
- Participate in the implementation of care defined by the medical team
- Contribute to patients' well-being and overall quality of care
- Ensure reliable handovers to guarantee continuity of information
- Be readily available for day and/or night shifts
