Welcome to Spitex 24 AG. We provide care, support, and housekeeping services in the cantons of Aargau, Zug, and Zurich.

To strengthen our team at the location on Pfingstweidstrasse in Zurich (right next to Hardbrücke) and in Baden/Windisch, we are looking for case management (Case Management, Care Management) in a workload of 80-100%. Are you looking to start in the office and still want to work in the healthcare sector with meaningful tasks? Then we have the right position for you.

• Personal consultation of clients
• Management of up to 30 nursing staff
• Office tasks such as care planning or writing prescriptions and organizing aids
• Personal contact with involved relatives, doctors, health insurance companies, public services, and clinics
• Support in recruitment (conducting interviews)

• Qualified nurse (HF/FH) or equivalent training or recognition from the SRK
• Efficient, independent, and speedy working style
• High communication skills with all stakeholders and very good German skills
• Doer type with organizational talent and strong assertiveness
• Driver's license category B

• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
