Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d), 100%

Your contribution to our team

As an internal sales clerk, you are the central contact person for our customers. With your training as an electrical installer and your commercial flair, you advise our customers competently and courteously – both on site and by telephone. You take over the complete order processing, from preparing offers to ensuring product availability. You also provide price information and details on delivery times. Your responsibilities also include the professional handling of complaints, where you always act confidently and solution-oriented. With your reliable and professional manner, you make a significant contribution to our customers’ satisfaction.

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ
• Commercial knowledge
• MS Office skills
• Sales personality with a strong customer focus
• Independent and precise working style
• Team-oriented and flexible personality with high commitment and resilience
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
