Are you organised, reliable, and able to keep an overview? As a site manager, you will take on the planning, coordination, and responsibility of our construction sites, ensuring a smooth process in a dynamic environment.

About the Job

Your tasks:

• Technical and administrative management of construction sites
• Site-specific personnel management and planning
• Responsibility for meeting deadlines, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Measurement, change order management, and billing of construction sites
• Post-calculation and controlling
• Implementation and monitoring of occupational safety regulations on construction sites
• Consultation with clients (builders, site management, and architects)
• Work preparation and organisation (AVOR)

Your profile:

• Completed training in plastering / drywall EFZ
• Technical or business management further education (foreman, site manager, project manager, technical clerk or similar)
• Experience in plastering and drywall as well as in site management
• Team player, assertive and strong organisational skills
• Independent and responsible
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high commitment
• Good IT skills (MS Office and ABACUS) are an advantage
