What you will accomplish with us

• Service, maintenance, repairs, retrofits, and conversions on existing systems and machines at the customer site
• Production support after installation and customer support after commissioning
• Inspections and analyses on existing systems
• Consultation and definition of necessary measures with the customer
• Additional training and instruction of customer personnel
• Troubleshooting and fault clearance on systems and machines
• Trouble shooting via phone from Hinwil or directly at the customer
• Creating meaningful reports, analyses, and evaluations
• Contact person for the customer
• Contributing ideas and suggestions for the further development of technology and organization

What you bring with you

• Basic training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician
• Good knowledge of drive technology, network technology, and ideally Beckhoff and/or Siemens controls
• Experience in field service in the areas of assembly, commissioning, and service of industrial plants
• Good understanding of functional processes in conveyor and processing systems or related fields
• Analytical thinking, systematic working method
• Commitment and customer-oriented demeanor
• ERP and PLM knowledge is an advantage
• Very good oral and written German and English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Willingness for field service activities with assignments at home and abroad
• Flexible, independent, reliable, resilient, and communicative
