Construction Foreman Structural Engineering m/f/d

Your field of activity

• Supporting the foreman on large construction sites and independently managing smaller construction sites from surveying to completion
• Planning, optimizing, and organizing the construction process
• Creating personnel and work reports and procuring the necessary construction site materials in consultation with the foreman/site manager
• Compliance with and implementation of occupational safety regulations as well as carrying out necessary corrective measures
• Leadership and supervision of the assigned construction site personnel

How you score

• Completed training in main or secondary construction trades as well as training to become a foreman/construction supervisor with initial professional experience in a similar role
• Performance-oriented and business-minded thinking
• Enjoy motivating employees
• Communicative, team-oriented, and strong leadership personality
