We are looking to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement with a responsible, patient and versatile individual

Your area of responsibility:

• Precise assembly (configuration) of fibre optic connectors
• Work steps such as stripping, splicing, measuring and packaging
• Accurate work according to work instructions
• Ensuring consistently high quality
• Participation in the optimisation of workflows

Our requirements:

• Excellent fine motor skills and very good eyesight (the fibres are extremely thin)
• Patience and concentration for demanding, delicate work
• Reliable, careful and independent working style
• Team player and flexible
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and occasional Saturdays if required
• Very good German skills (spoken and written)

Advantageous:

• Experience working according to work instructions
• Experience handling fibre optics
