These are your tasks

• You support the health centre reception during high guest volume
• You advise our internal & external guests as well as patients
• You communicate with referring doctors, social services, insurers as well as patients or their relatives
• You support the team in patient administration and in the management and planning of room capacities in the clinic & spa area
• You are the first contact person for scheduling the stay and/or adjusting the stay.

What we expect from you

• You have completed training in nursing or as a medical secretary
• You have a strong service orientation and enjoy working with people
• You have experience in healthcare or in patient administration or in the health insurance sector
• You are a team player and a communicative person
• You are resilient & have a competent and friendly demeanour
• You have a quick grasp as well as an efficient, independent and responsible way of working
• You have a professional, empathetic appearance, a neat appearance and very good manners
• You have good oral and written communication skills
• You speak German and English - additional languages are an advantage
