Case management

As a qualified nursing professional, you will take charge of the nursing process for your clients. You will plan nursing measures and coordinate further services in health care or social assistance. You will advise your clients on dealing with symptoms of illness and provide professional guidance to those involved in care, such as relatives, trainees, and other caregivers.

Vocational training

You will accompany our students through their six-month HF internship and support them in developing their competency catalog. For this purpose, you will conduct weekly discussions with the students, set learning objectives, and review their development process. Additionally, you will accompany the students into the practical learning field, assess the performances observed there, and pass on your practical knowledge to our upcoming professionals.

Treatment care

With your nursing work, you will support the implementation of medical therapies in everyday life, such as practicing coping strategies or guiding in dealing with aggression, anxiety, or delusions. You will accompany your clients during exposure training or support them in acute crisis situations. Thanks to your presence, you contribute to the prevention of acute self-harm or harm to others.

Know-how and passion

You have successfully completed the training as a qualified nursing professional HF / FH with a specialization in psychiatric nursing. In addition, you are or have been active in adult education as a trainer. You are committed to holistic, goal-oriented care focused on the well-being of people in need of care and gladly pass on your joy in the profession to young professionals. You master the German language in spoken and written form and are interested in continuously developing your own know-how.

Balanced and structured

You manage to act calmly and thoughtfully even in hectic situations. You can organize yourself well and enjoy planning your workday independently. When implementing workflows, you orient yourself to the respective guidelines from care plans, process descriptions, or the training concept. Moreover, you have no problem being on the move daily and in all weather conditions.

Although you often work independently, you align yourself with our corporate goals and help achieve them.
