Your Tasks
- Personnel and professional management of operating theatre nursing, positioning care, CSSD and cleaning
- Optimisation of existing workflows
- Active participation in day-to-day business
- Independent instrument handling and taking on relief duties
- Operation of all technical equipment
- Leadership of specialist responsibilities within the team, such as hygiene, material storage, equipment
- Participation in the procurement commission as well as in projects
Your Profile
- Completed operating theatre training
- Proven leadership and professional experience
- High social competence and organisational skills
- Motivated, honest, team-oriented and friendly personality with a sense of responsibility
- Quick comprehension
- Experience in orthopaedics and traumatology
- Proficient PC user skills
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
