Site Manager Work Integration Therwil (80–100 %)
With leadership strength, foresight and joy in working with people
SANTIS stands for working for and with people.
SANTIS Training AG supports persons insured under disability and unemployment insurance in their professional integration and on their way back to the primary labour market. At our five locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we offer practical work and training opportunities, promote existing skills and open up new professional perspectives.
For our Therwil BL site, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality as Site Manager Work Integration due to the internal transfer of the previous site manager to the executive management as of January 2027 or by arrangement.
At the Therwil site, you will lead our professional integration offerings together with a team of around 16 employees and course instructors. You create orientation, promote good collaboration and ensure that participants are competently supported and assisted in their professional development. In doing so, you combine appreciative leadership with a clear focus on quality, impact and economic responsibility.
Your tasks
- You take over the personnel, operational and economic management of the site and independently implement the agreed goals and strategic guidelines.
- You lead, promote and develop your employees, provide orientation and create an environment in which collaboration, personal responsibility and professional development are possible.
- You coordinate the various areas at the site and ensure good cooperation between case management, job coaching and course offerings.
- You are responsible for the quality of our services and ensure reliable documentation, meaningful reporting and professional communication with the referring agencies.
- You review existing processes and offerings, identify development opportunities and implement improvements together with the team.
- You work in partnership with the referring agencies, especially with the disability insurance offices Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft, the KIGA Baselland as well as the AWA Uri.
- You keep the needs of the participants, the requirements of the clients and the economic framework conditions equally in view.
Your profile
- You have solid leadership experience and know how to lead and develop employees appreciatively, clearly and goal-oriented.
- You have a completed tertiary education as well as experience in work integration, social insurance or career and vocational counselling.
- You approach different people with openness, empathy and clarity and have a good sense for social and labour market issues.
- You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, set priorities and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You are resilient, decisive and take responsibility – even when several topics require your attention simultaneously.
- You think conceptually and entrepreneurially, recognise connections and can translate strategic goals into concrete measures in everyday business.
- You communicate convincingly, act proactively and appreciate collaboration with different stakeholders.
What you can look forward to
- A meaningful leadership role with direct societal benefit
- Scope for design and personal responsibility to actively further develop the site
- A committed team and appreciative collaboration
- Modern work tools and contemporary employment conditions
- A broad internal training offer
- Contributions to the fitness subscription and the half-fare travelcard
- Development and design opportunities within a growing organisation
