Lutisbach – a living space for young people – is an IVSE-recognised institution for child and youth welfare. The Lutisbach domestic service makes an important contribution to a well-kept, safe and welcoming home for the children and young people living with us. The varied field of activity includes the areas of kitchen, laundry/cleaning as well as caretaking and maintenance.

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and committed

Temporary Cook (100% workload).

Your Tasks

• Planning and preparation of a varied, seasonal and healthy diet including regional products.
• Catering and orientation according to the nutrition concept
• Responsibility for the proper use of all foodstuffs
• Managing the food budget according to internal financial regulations
• Responsibility for catering at events, internal celebrations and birthdays
• Implementation of the hygiene concept in the kitchen area and associated rooms
• Inventory management
• Purchasing food for the entire operation
• Tandem and deputy for the domestic service office
• Taking over the "Vehicles" department

Your Profile

• Completed training as a cook EFZ or equivalent qualification

• High communication skills
• Independence and ability to work in a team
• Resilience and flexibility
• Loyalty towards other employees and the organisation
• Driving licence category B
