Type of Work

MY TASKS

• Creating precise technical drawings based on construction and measurement data
• Designing 3D CAD models for steel constructions, crane systems, crane runways and crane accessories
• Producing manufacturing drawings according to EN 1090
• Developing and elaborating technical solutions in crane and steel construction
• Working with crane calculation software from manufacturers SWF, DEMAG and STAHL
• Manufacturing components using 3D printing and plotters
• Supporting project management in planning, coordination and execution of technical projects
• Conducting technical project surveys directly at customers
• Independently supervising and managing smaller projects
• Technical consulting of customers as well as collaboration with production and scheduling
• Recording and maintaining project, customer and crane data in the ERP system
• Technical purchasing and sales of crane systems, components and spare parts

Requirements Profile

MY PROFILE

• Completed vocational training as Designer EFZ, Technical Draughtsman or comparable technical education
• Good knowledge in 3D CAD design, ideally with Autodesk Fusion
• Experience in creating technical drawings and manufacturing documents
• Interest in crane systems, steel construction and industrial lifting technology
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for developing practical solutions
• Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style
• Organisational skills and interest in technical project processes
• Economic thinking and process-oriented action
• Good communication skills and understanding of Swiss German
• Flexible, reliable and team-oriented personality
• Experience in steel construction and 3D printing is an advantage
• Knowledge of English, French or Italian is an advantage

• Work in a family-run Swiss company with around 50 years of experience in the manufacture, maintenance and repair of industrial crane systems and lifting equipment
• Proposed annual gross salary from CHF 75,000.00 to CHF 90,000 for 100%, depending on qualification and professional experience
• Versatile technical activity with focus on 3D CAD design, technical drawings and project management
