Dispatcher
Your tasks
Within our planning team, you play a key role in the daily organisation of transport operations.
In this capacity, you will notably be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating the interventions of drivers and assemblers, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Organising and independently monitoring transport orders, respecting deadlines and our clients' requirements.
- Entering, checking, and digitising delivery notes as well as preparing loading lists.
- Acting as the interface between driver-assemblers, the depot, and various departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Optimising routes considering operational imperatives, service quality, and profitability.
- Performing various administrative tasks related to operations.
- Working according to a team system with a planned rota.

Your profile
You have a commercial or logistics education and proven experience in a similar role, ideally in transport planning.
You master the provisions of OTR 1 and are capable of integrating driving and rest times into your daily planning.
Organised, meticulous, and with an excellent sense of priorities, you remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Your responsiveness, flexibility, and decision-making ability make you a true operational partner.
You enjoy teamwork and communicate easily with various interlocutors, whether driver-assemblers, clients, or different internal departments.
You have perfect command of French. Knowledge of German or any other language is a real asset. You use MS Office tools with ease.
Finally, you are willing to work according to a team system, with a 5-day organisation from Monday to Saturday.
