• Professional reception & farewell of guests – ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out according to Marriott and SV standards.
• Efficient communication interface – receiving and forwarding all internal and external phone calls as well as handling email correspondence.
• Service-oriented complaint handling – friendly and solution-oriented processing of guest complaints.
• Coordination of room service orders – acceptance and targeted forwarding for timely execution.
• Compliance with quality standards – implementation and control of the specified company guidelines for a high service standard.

• Completed training in the hotel industry and ideally first experience in 4-star chain hotels; 5-star experience would be desirable.
• Strong guest and service orientation with an eye for detail and professional manners.
• Very good German and English skills, additional language skills are an advantage.
• Structured, independent working style with organizational talent and a high sense of responsibility.
• Team player, flexible and resilient; knowledge of the Opera hotel program is desirable.
