Deputy Group Leader Electrical Maintenance (Electrical Specialist)

About us / Your role

As Deputy Group Leader Electro Maintenance, you take on a key role: You ensure the safety and functionality of our systems, support complex electrical projects, and ensure that all installations are carried out in compliance with standards and regulations.

Main tasks

Planning and control of maintenance, revision, and repair measures within the Electro team
Technical support, training, and professional leadership of operational electricians and external service providers
Interface to engineering, production, safety, and external specialist companies
Advantageous to have training as a safety advisor / project manager, or master craftsman examination
Support for the Head of Maintenance Services Electrical in tasks as a network operator according to ESTI
Planning, execution, and acceptance of internal installations according to NIV Art 13
Responsibility for electrical safety and the standard-compliant execution of all electrical work
Support and coordination of electrical projects (conversions, expansions, system optimizations)
Ensuring legal requirements towards ESTI, SUVA, and internal standards
Analysis of complex malfunctions as well as sustainable troubleshooting on complex production systems
Comprehensive documentation of all work to ensure compliance and traceability

Qualifications

Training as an electrical installer EFZ, electrical project manager / safety advisor or higher education with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education (HFP) for expertise is an advantage
Several years of experience in planning, installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical and automation systems – ideally in industry or commerce
Proven experience in maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and support in project management, construction site management
High professional competence, sense of responsibility, structured and analytical working style
Independence, ability to lead and guide employees as well as good communication skills
German spoken and written, English is an advantage
