The Avosano Group employs a total of 650 staff across 3 locations with its two subsidiaries Avosano AG (pharmaceutical wholesale) and Avosano Industrie Service AG (pharma prewholesale).

For our Supply Chain Planning team, we are looking for you, on a fixed-term basis for 12 months, as a

Working Student Planning & Procurement - Data Analytics (m/f/d) 40 - 60 %

• Preparation, analysis and visualisation of planning, purchasing and supply chain data

• Creation and further development of reports and KPI dashboards

• Support in automating evaluations with Excel, Power Query and Power BI

• Collaboration in demand, sales and inventory analyses

• Support in supplier, price and purchasing analyses

• Participation in digitalisation and process improvement projects

• Conducting ad-hoc evaluations for specialist departments and management

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field

• Strong affinity for numbers as well as analytical and structured thinking

• Very good knowledge of MS Excel, especially with pivot tables and Power Query

• Initial experience with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python or R is a plus
