Restaurant Specialist

Your tasks

Professional and independent service in our public restaurant Rubinette and in the Bistro Pinova
Responsibility for the cash register system as well as carrying out the monthly closings
Co-responsibility for banquets and evening events together with our employees
Carrying out cleaning tasks in your own area of responsibility as well as maintenance and care of the equipment
Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and implementation of internal quality standards

Your profile

Qualification as a restaurant specialist EFZ
Further training in work pedagogy or corresponding experience is an advantage
Solid professional experience in gastronomy
Willingness to independently plan and carry out banquets and evening events
Good German skills in spoken and written form and good understanding of Swiss German
Experience in handling electronic cash register systems
Good user skills in MS Office 365
