Are you interested in the history of the Canton of Zurich? The Department of Archaeology and Monument Preservation protects and documents cultural assets from all eras and is committed to sustainably preserving the archaeological and architectural heritage of the canton and passing it on to future generations.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for financial administration and payment processing, including accounts receivable management, account assignment, payments, transfers and credit approvals
• Service provision in the areas of controlling, third-party funds management and accounting as well as central contact person for all questions in the area of accounting and finance
• Ensuring project controlling and supporting project managers in financial matters
• Preparation of the basis for budgeting as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Supporting management in financial planning, control and monitoring of costs

Your profile

• Commercial or equivalent training as well as further education in finance and accounting
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the public sector or administration
• Strong quality awareness as well as precise and structured working style
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
