Caretaker with special tasks
100% from 01.09.2026 or by arrangement

What awaits you:
o All-rounder: You take care of the maintenance of buildings and surroundings and participate in the systematic cleaning of rooms, machines and vehicles
o Supporter: You carry out assembly and repair orders for clients and employees
o Training: You conduct safety and vehicle training and support the safety officer.
o Systems: You independently manage the internal company systems (e.g. locking system)
o Projects: You independently or under the guidance of the department management carry out the upcoming projects and investments as well as their planning.
o Team player: You are part of a 10-person team, which also includes inclusive workplaces
o Trainer: You accompany a person in training to become a specialist in facility maintenance until the completion of their apprenticeship

What you bring:
o Completed training in a building services profession, at least EFZ level
o Completed/aspiring training in the caretaker field with a federal specialist certificate
o Trainer certificate or willingness to complete the course (of course at our expense)
o An independent, reliable way of working – you work autonomously
o Driving licence category B
o Experience in project management
o Safety officer course or willingness to complete the course
