We are a small team taking care of the technical concerns of our approximately 200 properties. The main focus of this position is on 1st-level support for our caretakers and on managing the technical network and building automation. Would you like to support us from October 1, 2025, or by arrangement?

Your tasks

• Operation, management, and collaboration in the design and further development of building automation and the technical network
• Technical interface to supplier companies and the Office for Informatics
• Representing the interests of the department in construction projects by participating in planning and construction meetings
• Ensuring smooth operations during renovations, maintenance, and disruptions
• Support in the implementation and integration of systems into the new GLS cockpit
• Assisting in the operation, management, and further development of locking systems and access controls
• Collaboration in the BNO and safety organization

Your profile

• Completed training in electrical engineering, automation, or building informatics
• Solid know-how in building automation and network technology
• Proactive and systematic approach to complex tasks as well as independent, efficient, and reliable working style
• Self-responsible service-oriented action, resilience, and assertiveness
• Very good stylistic expression in the German language, both spoken and written
