Your tasks?
- Department management
- Coordination and support of internal interfaces regarding compliance with deadlines and quality
- Capacity and resource planning of all design capacities
- Continuous development of the product range
- Defining design standards
- Technical control and approval of all design work
Your background?
- Completed training as a mechanical engineering technician HF or mechanical engineer FH
- Several years of solid leadership experience
- Fluent German and English at B2 level
- Very good CAD skills (SolidWorks) as well as solid PLM experience
- Experience with Lean Management is an advantage
