Your work model

With us, you can choose between a classic, year-round employment and a flexible seasonal work model with a planned winter break. In the seasonal work model, you are fully engaged during the busy months. Depending on the agreed annual workload, you can enjoy up to three months off in winter. This is planned together well in advance and fixed bindingly.

Your tasks

• Installation of window sills, window frames, parapet covers and small-area facade claddings
• Construction of substructures made of wood and aluminium
• Taking measurements on site and general work on the building envelope
• Minor manufacturing work in the workshop
• Repair and installation work on our product range

What distinguishes you

Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a tinsmith, metalworker, facade builder, carpenter, roofer or in a comparable craft or technical profession. More important than your professional qualification are your manual skills, your reliable and independent way of working, and your willingness to learn new things. Career changers with corresponding manual experience are also welcome. You enjoy getting stuck in, have good spatial awareness and value high-quality work. You can read and understand technical drawings. In addition, you have good German language skills.
