Your activities

Process credit applications properly and on time, from credit approval to disbursement of funds
Handle renewals, conversions, and repayments of credit products
Perform various administrative tasks (updating data, various correspondence) concerning the credit portfolio
Answer questions by phone or email from client advisors, notaries, and various offices or other institutions

You have

a completed banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training
experience in the field of mortgage credit and/or credit administration is an advantage
excellent knowledge of French, as your daily work will be conducted in this language
a reliable, independent, and quality-conscious working method
you appreciate teamwork and keep an overview even during busy periods
knowledge of Finnova is an advantage
