Join our HR Services team as a Payroll Specialist! We offer you a varied role where you can apply your payroll expertise and at the same time act as a competent contact person for our employees and managers. If you value accuracy, teamwork and open communication, then you are right with us!

Your tasks

• You take on the reliable and timely preparation of payrolls for our employees
• You ensure the currency and accuracy of employee master data in our HR systems
• You provide competent advice to our employees and managers on social security, taxes and retirement questions
• You actively participate in representing and supporting our Social Security Specialist and contribute your expertise
• You take part in monthly and annual financial statements and work closely with other teams to ensure smooth processes

Your profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship is the foundation for your success with us
• Expertise in the Swiss/Liechtenstein payroll environment, ideally with several years of experience
• You master MS Office effortlessly and enjoy working with time management systems, UKA and ideally ABACUS
• Flexible deployment - especially during our payroll periods to ensure timely salary payments
• Reliable and precise working methods are not an obstacle for you but a passion and challenge
