What you can achieve
- Administrative and organizational support for the commercial management of large construction projects for procurement and contract management Campus Health
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements of public procurement law and the company's own procurement guidelines
- Independent execution of public tenders within the framework of new construction projects up to and including contract conclusion
- Comprehensive contract management until the expiry of the warranty period
- Management of the supplier portfolio and insurance cases in construction projects
- Responsibility for all project-related contract documents of the assigned procurements
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial or technical training with further education as a technical clerk or technical commercial employee or technical training with pronounced commercial experience or comparable skills and experience
- Good knowledge of Swiss public procurement law is an advantage
- Independent, solution-oriented and team-capable personality with pronounced organizational skills as well as the ability to handle several complex tasks simultaneously
- Very good communication skills in German (spoken and written)
- Enjoyment of varied activities in collaboration with contractors and internal stakeholders
