YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- You manage complex large-scale projects holistically – focusing on deadlines, costs, and quality
- As the central contact person, you accompany our customers in a partnership-based manner – in close collaboration with the technical project management
- You always have budget and deadline targets under control and steer proactively
- You orchestrate collaboration across all areas – from engineering to production
- As a communicative hub, you connect internal and external stakeholders
- You motivate your team and live our Stadler values – entrepreneurial, reliable, and collaborative
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- You are a doer with a passion for technology and international projects
- Enthusiasm for implementing innovative rail vehicle projects in the Italian region
- Completed higher technical education (FH, HF, University), ideally complemented by business management knowledge
- Several years of experience in project management in vehicle or plant construction
- Convincing presence and strong negotiation skills in an international environment
- Very good German and Italian skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form
- Willingness to travel internationally, mainly to Italy (approx. 25%)
