Not everything is perfect. But much is possible.
A temporary home for our residents is being created at the Mühlehaus in Bärau. While new buildings are being constructed in Konolfingen, people, care, and daily life move into an extraordinary transitional building.
Not everything here is routine. And that might just appeal to you.
Do you have good ideas and the ability to keep an overview even when not everything goes according to plan? Then we are looking for you!

YOUR TASKSThink along instead of just going along.
You actively shape the daily care routine. Your ideas are in demand, especially when new processes are created or existing solutions do not work.
- You support our residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities.
- You document observations in the electronic care documentation (easyDOK).
- You independently carry out domestic tasks.
Responsibility and trust.
You work independently within your competencies, document carefully, and ensure professional care together with your team.
YOUR PROFILE
A solid foundation.
You have completed training as a Care Assistant SRK, Health and Social Assistant EBA, or an equivalent qualification.
A clear head and a good sense for people.
You recognise what is important, set priorities, and find practical solutions even in unfamiliar situations. You meet residents, relatives, and colleagues attentively, respectfully, and on an equal footing.
Desire for change.
You do not need a ready-made instruction for everything. You think along, ask questions, and contribute your own ideas.

You don’t have to be able to do or know everything from day one.
During your first four weeks, we will accompany you intensively. You will get to know the team, the residents, and the processes. Step by step, you will take on responsibility.
