- Commercial training, further education in the insurance field (insurance specialist) is an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry (preferably in the areas of property and/or technical insurance)
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills, efficient and independent working style
- Good expression and communication skills, confident and appropriate appearance towards various external offices (distribution, broker)
- Confident handling of common office tools
- Resilient, team- and customer-oriented personality
