About the job

Are you familiar with building services engineering, able to keep track of multiple projects and want to take on responsibility? Then we are looking for you.

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual as Project Manager Sanitary / Heating (100%).

Your Tasks

• Independent management and coordination of projects in the sanitary and heating sector
• Planning, organisation and supervision of projects from order placement to handover
• Preparation and processing of quotations, measurements and billing
• Work preparation as well as material and schedule planning
• Coordination of fitters, suppliers and other project participants
• Participation in construction and coordination meetings
• Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines
• Competent support and advice for our customers, builders and partners
• Support with technical solutions and optimisations

Your Profile

• Completed training in the sanitary or heating sector
• Further training as project manager, chief fitter, technician HF or comparable qualification advantageous
• Professional experience in the Swiss building services engineering industry
• Experience in project management advantageous
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in contact with customers, planners and employees
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
