About the job

Your area of responsibility with us is as challenging as it is varied

• You take over the commissioning of our profile machining centres and other machine tools
• You conduct user training for hardware and software at the customer’s site
• You are responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of the machines on site at the customer
• You carry out installations and updates of the machine software
• You support our customers by telephone or TeamViewer (within a rotation system among the technicians)
• With about 70% travel activity, mainly day assignments in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, you are deployed on site with our customers

What you should bring with you

• You have training as an automation technician, polymechanic (with electrotechnical knowledge) or a comparable qualification
• You have good knowledge of Italian or English and ideally have oral knowledge of French
• You enjoy independent problem solving at the customer
• You are a motivated and flexible personality
