Production Team Leader (Manual Electroplating)
Your Tasks
- You organise, control and monitor the daily workflows in manual electroplating
- You identify and resolve process deviations and disruptions
- You are responsible for leading, coordinating, scheduling and motivating a team of 12 employees
- You actively participate in production (approx. 70%) and drive continuous improvement of processes and workflows
- You work closely with production, plant maintenance, quality assurance and other departments
- You document production data, prepare customer audits and participate in them
What You Bring
- Completed vocational training as a surface coater with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or comparable qualification
- Solid professional experience in surface coating
- Several years of leadership experience
- Very good German language skills
- Technical understanding and strong quality awareness
- Assertiveness as well as a respectful and motivating leadership style
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape processes
