Whether ensuring the safe boarding and alighting of guests, lending a hand around the railway facilities, or greeting visitors with a warm smile at the station – as a station attendant, you ensure that everything runs smoothly at Pilatus. If you enjoy working with people, like practical tasks, and are not afraid of heights, a varied role in a unique environment awaits you with us. Pilatus-Bahnen AG is looking for a committed, communicative personality from December 2026 or by arrangement.
What you can achieve
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the gondola and aerial cableway: responsibility for the safe boarding and alighting of passengers from the cabin as well as loading and unloading goods
- Friendly, courteous and helpful guest service including providing information to our national and international passengers
- Responsible for cleanliness inside and outside the station
- Assisting with maintenance of the railway facilities and surrounding areas
What distinguishes you
- Native German speaker with good spoken English skills
- Completed basic training in the mechanical and electrical sector or in horticulture and forestry is mandatory
- High flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work on public holidays and weekends
- Team player, resilient and not afraid of heights
- Strong sense of responsibility and quick comprehension
