Profile:
The future employee works independently and precisely in compliance with the defined work schedules and procedures (times, methods, materials, equipment). They perform all operational activities of the sector to ensure accurate service and compliance with the required hygiene and cleaning conditions. They are able to handle significant workloads and meet the expectations and requests of internal and external clients. They possess good technical and interpersonal skills and maintain good relationships in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Necessary requirements:
- Professional experience in the socio-health sector or in hotel facilities.
- Familiarity with company cleaning and the use of cleaning machines.
- Availability for flexible work shifts (7/7 and evenings until 10:00 p.m.).
- Orientation towards change and development.
- Reliability and team work attitude.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written Italian.
- Knowledge of common computer tools.
