Domicil offers stationary services in care and support for senior citizens. With more than 20 locations and around 1,600 employees, Domicil is the number 1 in long-term care in the canton of Bern. Under the umbrella of Concara, we work together with Spitex Bern for integrated all-round care.Domicil Wyler is a new building with 112 beds, where the quality of life of the residents as well as the appreciation of the staff are equally at the centre.
Permanent Night Shift Care and Support Staff SRK 60 - 80 %
Your tasks
We are looking for committed and flexible care staff for the night shift. Together with nursing professionals, you are responsible for high-quality care and support for our residents.
Thanks to your responsible and independent way of working, you can also handle demanding situations at night.
Your profile
- SRK course / Basic VBB course
- At least 2 years of experience in long-term care
- Conscientious way of working
- Flexibility and resilience
- Understanding and empathy for elderly people
- Service and customer orientation
- Good German skills (min. B1)
