- Commercial basic training or completed apprenticeship in the service sector
- Confident French skills as well as good German skills in spoken and written form
- High resilience and good communication skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Outgoing and team-oriented personality
- Good PC user skills
- Professional experience in customer contact
- Affinity for the furniture industry
- Technical understanding
- Additional foreign language skills are an advantage
