- Review of lease applications for completeness, plausibility and quality
- Conducting legally compliant creditworthiness and risk analyses (AML, Consumer Credit Act)
- Processing contract changes such as transfers and extensions
- Telephone & written advice to dealers, partners and end customers
- Supporting the field service in implementing our sales strategy
What you bring with you:
- You have completed commercial training. Ideally with experience in the financial or mobility sector.
- You bring professional experience in application review or in leasing/credit business.
- You are familiar with legal requirements such as AML and the Consumer Credit Act and can assess creditworthiness.
- You find it easy to handle contract documents as well as digital CRM and financing systems.
- You work in a structured way, think analytically and keep an overview even under time pressure.
- You communicate clearly and professionally. Fluent in German, very good in French, Italian is a plus.
- You are customer-oriented, a team player and willing to continuously develop your professional skills.
