Our team in the Credit Operations department is looking for a motivated and experienced individual from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement, who has a passion for efficient credit processes and excellent customer service.

Your mission

• Processing credit transactions: You take over the comprehensive processing of credit transactions, especially in the area of mortgages and current account limits (new business/increases/extensions/repayments etc.). Your responsibility extends from contract issuance to limit suspension, and you are also the contact person for customer advisors throughout the entire processing phase.
• IT system maintenance: You take care of data entry and maintenance of IT systems such as Finnova, CRM, KBT etc. and prepare dossiers for final control.
• Communication with internal and external parties: You have written and telephone communication with authorities, notaries, insurance companies, pension institutions, third-party banks and internal customer advisors.
• Rating and balance sheets: Monitoring and execution of the dunning process for all submission obligations for annual financial statements. Recording and archiving of submitted financial figures. Preparation of ratings (company and real estate ratings), as well as carrying out rating controls

What you bring

• Completed banking training or comparable education and further training.
• Several years of professional experience in credit transaction processing, especially in the mortgage sector.
• You speak fluent German, ideally also French and Italian.
• You are characterised by an independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working.
• You are a responsible and reliable person who enjoys working in a team and keeps an overview even in hectic situations.
