As a leading importer in the Swiss agricultural machinery market, Bucher Landtechnik AG offers a powerful and attractive range of various tractor brands, attachments, yard and telescopic loaders, smart farming applications, as well as spare parts. With a professional dealer network and own branches, the products are offered and distributed through brand centres.

Due to upcoming retirements, we wish to expand our team and use the transition period to transfer know-how and utilise synergies. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced TECHNICAL SUPPORT EMPLOYEE (m/f/d) 100%.

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Support and assistance with technical problems on tractors and harvesting machines via telephone, e-mail and partly on site
• Close cooperation and consultation with suppliers as well as conducting training for dealers
• Processing warranty and goodwill cases as well as support in the area of homologation
• Monitoring and evaluation of telemetry data
• Taking on on-call duty within the team from May to October
• General administrative tasks

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed training as a diagnostic technician or workshop manager in the field of agricultural machinery, construction machinery or engine equipment mechanics
• Bilingual German and French skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of English is an advantage
• Confident handling of IT systems and common applications (Excel etc.), ideally already experience with Microsoft D365
• Driving licence category BE
• Presentation skills, ability to work in a team, strong initiative as well as a communicative personality
