Your Tasks

• Recording and scheduling service orders according to email, phone, or as directed by the project managers of service
• Responsible for managing the service phone and emails as well as timely responses (within 24 hours) or forwarding all inquiries
• Efficient deployment planning of service technicians using planning software
• Initial clarification and possibly minor customer consultations by phone
• Creating service offers based on information from the service manager or project managers of service
• Assisting with timely material orders for the respective orders
• Timely and ongoing invoicing of completed orders
• Supporting the project managers and the service manager with various tasks

Your Profile

• Basic training, preferably with a technical background
• Work experience in the window industry is an advantage
• Enjoyment in customer contact and working in a team
• Organizational talent and high resilience
• Good IT skills (especially MS Office)
• Proficiency in German spoken and written. English, French or Italian is an advantage
