Responsibilities
- Purchasing: You will handle the operational order processing of stock and transit items including monitoring delivery dates, processing complaints, and evaluating alternative items
- Inventory Management: You receive material deliveries, carry out incoming goods inspections, and are responsible for the storage and transfer of goods
- Accounting: You check, process, and post creditor invoices in a timely manner
- Master Data Maintenance: You maintain the item and supplier master data in the ERP system and support inventories
- Ward Supply: You contribute to the supply of wards as well as the preceding and subsequent tasks such as picking, provision, and material requisition
- Process Optimisation: You actively participate in interprofessional collaboration and jointly optimise workflows with the specialist departments (storage, processes, digitalisation, and tools)
Profile
- You have completed commercial or logistics basic training or equivalent further education
- You bring several years of experience in purchasing and material management. Practical experience in a hospital or clinic is an advantage.
- As a reliable, flexible, and team-oriented person, you communicate proactively and transparently
- You are characterised by interconnected thinking as well as a very structured and precise way of working
- You show initiative, are resilient, and have the good physical constitution required for the physical tasks
- Good IT skills in MS Office, Opale, as well as confident German language skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
