Purchasing: You will handle the operational order processing of stock and transit items including monitoring delivery dates, processing complaints, and evaluating alternative items
Inventory Management: You receive material deliveries, carry out incoming goods inspections, and are responsible for the storage and transfer of goods
Accounting: You check, process, and post creditor invoices in a timely manner
Master Data Maintenance: You maintain the item and supplier master data in the ERP system and support inventories
Ward Supply: You contribute to the supply of wards as well as the preceding and subsequent tasks such as picking, provision, and material requisition
Process Optimisation: You actively participate in interprofessional collaboration and jointly optimise workflows with the specialist departments (storage, processes, digitalisation, and tools)

You have completed commercial or logistics basic training or equivalent further education
You bring several years of experience in purchasing and material management. Practical experience in a hospital or clinic is an advantage.
As a reliable, flexible, and team-oriented person, you communicate proactively and transparently
You are characterised by interconnected thinking as well as a very structured and precise way of working
You show initiative, are resilient, and have the good physical constitution required for the physical tasks
Good IT skills in MS Office, Opale, as well as confident German language skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
