Team Leader Plant and Control Engineering (m/f/d) 100%

Your Challenge:

• Personnel and technical leadership of 9 employees
• Responsibility for apprentice training (automation technician and automation fitter)
• Timely and high-quality provision of customer-specific control cabinets and plant components
• Analysis, improvement and further development of processes and material flows according to lean principles
• Close and constructive collaboration with adjacent departments (logistics, production planning, quality management and R&D)
• Ensuring occupational safety and quality standards
• Promotion, development and coaching of employees

Your Profile:

• Completed technical apprenticeship (automation technician, automation fitter or similar)
• Further training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience in training apprentices (automation technician and automation fitter)
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a production environment (electrical / pneumatic / mechanical)
• Experience with lean management / Kaizen / Kanban / 6S
• Reliable, dynamic and proactive personality with a high awareness of safety, cooperative leadership style and strong team spirit
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Very good German skills, English advantageous
