At the Civil Law Seminar of the University of Bern, we are looking for an assistant (approx. 60%) for the team of Prof. Dr. Stephanie Hrubesch-Millauer.
The research areas concern civil law (ZGB), especially inheritance law. There is the possibility to write a dissertation. Start date January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Tasks
The work essentially includes participation in teaching (lectures, seminars, support with grading, supervision of students) as well as collaboration on research projects, namely scientific publications.
Requirements
If you have an above-average degree in law (possibly also a bar exam), are interested in civil law, and enjoy scientific work – writing a dissertation is desired – we look forward to your application. Excellent German skills are required.
