For the freight forwarding handling department at Zurich Airport, we are looking for a trainee (m/f/d) starting earliest in August 2026 or by arrangement.

What to expect with us

• Scheduling and preparing documents for outgoing air freight
• Receiving and responding to enquiries by phone and email
• Providing data and documents according to customer requirements
• Entering shipment data into the operating system
• Supporting our team with administrative and organisational tasks
• Filing and archiving documents

What you bring with you

• You are seeking an entry into commercial administration
• You have a good command of German, both spoken and written, and possess good English skills
• As an independent and stable personality, you work reliably and conscientiously
• Good communication skills help you in dealing with customers and colleagues
• As a team player, you cope well even in hectic situations
• Willingness to work within a 5-day working week in various working time models. Working hours are Monday to Thursday between 08:00 and 18:30 and on Friday between 08:00 and 22:00
